Rosie Cima & What She Dreamed is a four-piece rock band based in Washington, D.C. Songwriter and frontwoman Rosie Cima combines forces with Steven Burch (The Sock Market (PGH)), Barrett Browne, and Mashaal Ahmed to create original folk-inspired indie rock in the vein of Big Thief, Angel Olsen, and Hop Along. Cima formed the band to play the release show of her debut solo EP Blackberry, Blackberry, Blackberry on cassette and online in December 2018, and since then the quartet has flourished. Rosie Cima and What She Dreamed released their first full length, Realm of the Warring Gods in March 2021 on community record label This Could Go Boom!

Matt Wallock, American Songwriter
"[Rosie Cima is] well-read, hilarious, and willing to make a statement."
Alex Tyson, She Shreds Magazine
"Together with Steve Burch (bass), Mashaal Ahmed (drums) and Barrett Browne (guitar), Rosie Cima set to working on their distinctively scrappy style, melding folk, punk and art rock to support a heartfelt and often poetic lyricism."
John Doyle, Various Small Flames
